Katte Pongali | Ven Pongal:
Rice 1 cup
Moon Dal 1/2 Cup
Water 6 Cup
Ghee 1 Spoon
Salt As per Taste (1spoon)
For Tempering:
Ghee 1-2 TBSP
Ginger Finely Chopped
Green Chilli 2 Finely Chopped
Mustard seeds 1/2TSP
Cumin Seeds 1/2 TSP
Pepper Cons 1/4 TSP
Cashews
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Curry Leaves
Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
NOTE: Water Measurements - For 1 Cup of Rice + 1/2 Cup Moong Dal - we should 6 Cup of water (4 times the Quantity of Rice + Moong Dal)
Kadambam | Temple Style Sambar Annam:
For Masala Preparation:
Chana Dal 1 Spoon
Coriander Seeds 1Spoon
Cumin Seeds 1 Spoon
Fenugreek Seeds
Dried Red Chilli 4-5
Dry Roast & Blend Above ingredients into powder.
For Kadambam Preparation:
Ghee spoon
Drum Sticks
Carrot
Okra (Lady's finger)
Potato
Green Chilli 10-15
Brinjal
Tomato
Salt 1TSP
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Spoon
Water 9 glass
Rice 3Glass (Soked For 30 minutes in Water)
Toor Dal 1cup (Boiled & mashed)
Masala Powder (Which we blended)
Tamarind Water 1Glass
For Tempering:
Ghee 1spoon
Mustard seeds 1TSP
Cumin Seeds 1/2 TSP
Cashews
Dry Red Chilli 2
Curry Leaves
Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
Coriander Leaves
NOTE: Water Measurements - For 1 glass of Rice, we should take 3 glass of Water i.e., Rice 1: Water 3....! 1:3 Ratio
Allam Garelu | Minapa Vadalu | Ginger Vada:
Urad Dal 1 Cup
Finely Chopped Ginger 1 Spoon
Finely Chopped Green Chilli 1 Spoon
Cumin Seeds 1 Spoon
Salt As per Taste
Oil For Deep Fry
Dadyodanam | Temple Style Curd Rice:
For Tempering:
Oil 2TBSP
Mustard Seeds 1/2 TSP
Cumin Seeds 1/2 TSP
Pepper Cons 1/4 TSP
Chana Dal 1/2 TSP
Urid Dal 1/2 TSP
Green Chilli finely Chopped - 2
Ginger finely chopped

Cook Rice on medium flame.
Milk 2 Cups
