Lovely video! Love the tips and your colour combo. You kept everything lovely and simple to understand ! I personally was taught to card and make rolags slightly differently to prevent the carders getting damaged and so that the rolags aren't too tight so you don't have to pull them apart so much. I need to use my drop spindle more !
Very helpful video. Focusing on the bottom of the empty carder is something I've missed before! FYI you can say staple length is the average length of each fiber. It kinda sounded like you were saying the fibers break apart to form the staple length (which, yes, might happen when you pull like that)
This is a great video! You’ve got a new subscriber! I’ve been thinking about making a hand carding video because it’s been awhile since I made one for my channel. This is one of the better hand carding videos I’ve seen on UA-cam.
Thank you so much, you gaved me the little push i needed to get started 😊 Just ordered hand carders and a spindle ✨ Would you have recomandations for fiber ? Watchin from France, it's always a pleasure to see your content, i really appriciate your work and your person 🫰 Can't wait for the next ones 💖
