1:14 fun fact: those two schooners in the background are both John Alden schooners built in Maine the white one 1912, and the black one 1924. both are now owned by Portland schooner company and they take people out sailing on them. Highly recommend going on them if you are ever in Portland Maine!

plus another $10. million investment money to live on then your be able to
live their. only $15 million to croundfund and do videos of your private fortress.

The older movie Summer Place? That was filmed entirely in California. Set in Maine, but filmed in CA.
