This should only apply to those who have submitted step one of the order form but not completed step two (actual purchase). Is that correct? Even people who purchased would have opted in.

What would you recommend to upgrade the workflow in case I have multiple courses and the customer previously bought a different course and wants a refund for a specific course only (therefore is still a customer). Would you allow duplicate opportunities? And what's the best way to understand, which course they want a refund for? Maybe via adding a dropdown to the form? Thanks again
Have to make it all seperate or else it will be a very complex if/else starement and put the refund request in the course and make it specific for that course , make sense?

For example, I want whoever signed up and started paying in September to get access to that month's content and everything else moving forward as long as they are still subscribed, but not the content from August or any other previous months if that makes sense. Great video, but I have an issue. I created 3 courses with an offer for each. When I go in my client portal with a profile that's purchase of the courses. The other 2 courses (that have not been purchased yet) do not show up in the course/all courses page. I would have expected that on this all course page you would see the course you own and also the course you have not yet purchased. An from there you have the possibility to buy them. Is it possible ? What am I missing ? Tks for your help.
This is amazing. Thank you! Can I create a product with 6 monthly payments of $97 for 6 months with membership access, but then at the end of the 6 months, have it automatically renew at $27 a month? My thought is to create a regular Product in the Payments section for 6 payments of $97 for 6 months, and then create an offer in the Memberships section for the Community/Course access that is priced at $27 a month with a 180 day trial period and then add that membership onto the product created in Payments and used in the order form. Would this work or is there another way to achieve this?

Thanks! If the "custom value" password option is gone, you can use dynamic tags or custom fields to store access details. Automate the process through workflows or emails to deliver the info.

The membership access parts are not working and dated. Great ninja level guy but this video is leads you down a path that does not deliver new member access correctly.

There we only two changes , one is that you have to was course grant offer as the action versus new member sign up and two there is no password that gets sent out instead there is only a magic link, so just change the wording in the email to say here is your link. Didn't you guys just do a video recently talking about GHL doing away with custom domains for memberships because everything goes through the Portal now (ua-cam.com/video/H8fTpeTTJpg/v-deo.html)? Are you using an old version of GHL or a special version? I'm a bit confused by the disconnect with custom domains now between that vid and this vid here. You can still make it different areas and high level decided to leave both areas for the peopel taht do not want communites. So they are not going to merge them , but in communties you can access the members area by going to the top right hand side

I am an agency now (and getting clients woohoo) and I got on with GHL support a couple times and so far none of them are know of the way to revert back to using a membership sub domain other than the singular portal subdomain setup. 🤔 Memberships > Courses > Domain Setup, takes me to the Client Portal sub domain setup and doesn't allow me to specify a subdomain for "memberships". Any ideas??
No I wont slow down, you can watch it half speed, if I go any slower this video would be four hours long, you can also find a slower channel, read the comments below apparently your the only one having issues.
Amazing tutorial. Followed it 100%. However the password didn't get sent within the new member email as expected. Instead a magic login link was there. The same thing you get when adding {{membership_contact.login_url}} So it looks rather odd lol.

Why is it important to put numbers in front of a title in the Automation?

two membership areas, the free would work off a form or a 100% free coupon, the paid would follow the structure here.

Yes to the sub for a course, it does not care if its single, double or payment plan jsut in theautomation make sure you connect the product

For anyone coming after 8/30/2024, a lot of this info has changed. I started this video just after the changes on 8/28/24 and was so confused lol.
There we only two changes , one is that you have to was course grant offer as the action versus new member sign up and two there is no password that gets sent out instead there is only a magic link, so just change the wording in the email to say here is your link. @@AutomatedMarketeryes I did exactly. You’re tutorial is straight forwards. Everything is working perfect except for the password. I contacted ghl and they said they need to fill out the product (course) offer page… so does granting them membership access through the product offer page not actually give them access?
can we do it by offering free courses? how we can automate it?

Didn't you guys just do a video recently talking about GHL doing away with custom domains for memberships because everything goes through the Portal now (ua-cam.com/video/H8fTpeTTJpg/v-deo.html)? Are you using an old version of GHL or a special version? I'm a bit confused by the disconnect with custom domains now between that vid and this vid here. Thanks for any clarification and thank you for all the training videos and awesome walkthroughs!
You can still make it different areas and high level decided to leave both areas for the peopel taht do not want communites. So they are not going to merge them , but in communties you can access the members area by going to the top right hand side

I only have the Portal domain and no custom domain settings for memberships? Or is there a way to revert back to the old way without the Portal only? Just a wee bit confused here haha.

I am an agency now (and getting clients woohoo) and I got on with GHL support a couple times and so far none of them are know of the way to revert back to using a membership sub domain other than the singular portal subdomain setup. 🤔 Memberships > Courses > Domain Setup, takes me to the Client Portal sub domain setup and doesn't allow me to specify a subdomain for "memberships". Any ideas??

Great course but you talk and go to fast so I totally gave up in frustration by half way, slow down! We are trying to learn something!
No I wont slow down, you can watch it half speed, if I go any slower this video would be four hours long, you can also find a slower channel, read the comments below apparently your the only one having issues.
lol i watched it in 1.5x speed and was able to follow along just fine! I just pause and rewind at slower speeds when i needed it. :)

However the password didn't get sent within the new member email as expected.
Instead a magic login link was there. The same thing you get when adding {{membership_contact.login_url}}
So it looks rather odd lol.
