I literally just got this machine and tried it out in my house which was a mistake it let out way more smoke than I was expecting, filled up my house with fog while brightly shining and setting off my smoke alarm you must have done something wrong my guy lmao! My whole family was ready to leave me in the house thinking it was a fire
Bought two of these, the first one did not shoot any fog, the remote did not seem to do anything (similar to what you show in your video). I then plugged the second one in, waited for the red light to show (as per the procedure). When I activated the remote of the second smoke machine, both machines kicked in and even the one that was not working at first produced fog. So my conclusion, the remote is a piece of crap, some work, some don't. But as all remotes use the same frequency, you can use another remote of the same frequency to activate it (if like me you got two). The smoke was somehow dense enough for my small studio, so I am ok with the device even if clearly it is not of great quality.
I bought one and had similar problems. Turns out the box that receives the signal from the remote controllers board was disconnected which was an easy fix just plug the pins back in and the thing will blast you with smoke :)
Hey, hope you see this.... How do I get the lights to stay on? Lost my instructions! Fogs perfect and when pressing a b c d I get the fog and lights come on but go off as soon as let go of the button.
Hey bro, i fixed the same problem you have. Simply you must to buy a mini battery for Long Distanc RC. I bought a Panasonic LRV08 mini battery and the Fog Machine work very good!!
Is an hour long enough to wait? Cuz I waited an hour and there was no red light... No fog... No fun.. but probably I just got a dud, is yours working well?
BRUHH my smog machine same as this one arrived today and i plugged it in and instead of it spitting smoke out. It is spitting out my High Density Fog Worx liquid like piss... Trash asssss product.
I just bought one, it's great. I have been using it on photo shoots for a while now.

No I didn't do anything wrong, failure in these units is common, and I am sorry to hear about the families decision.
