I was born in Alaska, but my grandmother was from Igloolik, and many relatives still live in northern Canada, we are restricted by westerners from seeing them because we are told that we need government permission.
Not good. Anything can be done?
Is there fear you could pass on viruses that could be detrimental to them? Or is this for some other reason?🙂
