As someone who has grown up eating duck for Christmas since the 90s because my dad was sick of turkey within weeks of each other, this makes me happy. Sadly, trying to find anything other than a whole duck or duck breast (which I've only found within the last couple of years) near me would be difficult. But this does sound really good.
