i love treating these patients, makes me feel like i am already a doctor doing my ward rounds.
I have a question, i do understand the diagnosis I just wanted to understand why the patient was experiencing joint pain though?

He has inflammation in his joints. We can not know what is the etiology of it by only knowing he has joint pain.

By reducing prostaglandins as pgs have a protective effect on stomach lining by secreting mucin.
