Wow I was surprised to see this! I grew up very close to this area and would often go to Hurricane Ridge or into the National park/forest. Edit: The video starts just outside of Forks (north of Forks) and the driver is heading north/west bound towards Port Angeles and ultimately Hurricane Ridge. The pacific coast is to the left of the driver. 0:59 Exit for La Push, very beautiful beach 28:20 This lake here is called Lake crescent 59:59 Enters Port Angeles, Hurricane ridge is now to the right from the driver's perspective, south of Port Angeles. 1:03:22 Unofficial start of Hurricane ridge, if you want to go up by bike, there is where you should park (at the visitor center, the parking lot is usually empty). 1:12:00 Official start of Hurricane ridge past the tollgate. 1:34:00 Top of the mountain. There used to be a nice visitor center here but it burned down some years ago, and there's now nothing. Just enjoy the view and then you must drive back down the same road you took to go up.
@@fardinrahmanshamil9267 Technically it's only green to the West of the Cascade mountain range which divides the state. To the east it's extremely dry and there are almost no trees, with the exception of the top right corner of the state and bottom right corner. Washington is a very geographically diverse state. That being said the eastern side still has a lot of water which comes with several massive rivers (Columbia and Snake), which is used for the large scale agricultural production on that side, apples, grapes, onions, lentils, potatoes, and wheat, for the most part. Western side is mostly logging, or berry farms.
@@fardinrahmanshamil9267 West of the Cascades it rains quite a bit. The yearly precipitation though isn't very high in places like Seattle for example, because it rarely rains hard. It's basically a drizzle much of the time and many overcast and grey days even if it doesn't rain. The majority of the Olympic peninsula though gets much more rain and it rains very hard there as well. The exception to this is the town of Sequim which gets a lot of sun for the western side of the state. East of the Cascades it rarely ever rains, but winters are much colder and summers are much warmer than the western side of the state.
@@fekixe There's actually a lot of people that go now. It's only a few hours away from the Seattle area so many people go. On top of that it's a national park so it's famous. When I was younger there was almost nobody up there though.

This feels like I'm a passenger in the car enjoying this ride.
Me too, it's extremely relaxing!
Nice to see rain. It hasn't rained here in months.
a roadtrip would take me twice the amount of time it takes because I wouldn't be able to resist stopping and admiring the views
Yes! I've been patiently awaiting Washington state videos
Thank you for making these videos. They are a lifesaver when it comes to getting work done.

@@username8644 It's a beautiful state,right?!
@@fardinrahmanshamil9267 Yes very beautiful. It's sort of a blend of Oregon and Alaska, shares a lot of similarities with those states.
@@username8644 is it rains a lot in Washington?

Nice video 👍👍
How cool, totally know this kinda obscure road.
A lot of this road is in the Olympic national park/forest. It's pretty famous.
@@username8644 The obscurity being the niche group of humans who will travel this road irl.
