The iPad I am using and the TSP100lllLAN printer I am trying to connect to are on different VLANs due to our wireless devices and LAN devices being on different VLANs. The iPads spins with a "Searching..." message. Can the iPad and wired printer be on different VLANs and connect? If so, how can you connect the iPad to the printer manually by IP address?

Weird enough my LAN printer doesn’t get detected by Android 9.0 tablet. Tried by IP and it says no printer found. 🇬🇧 United Kingdom. Utility prints test page fine.

guys at 0:38 if your receipt does not show DHCP after the ip address but instead it shows static than you need to reset your printer otherwise the utility tool app on ipad won't pick up your printer. How to reset go: ua-cam.com/video/aM0TiqbT70I/v-deo.html&feature=emb_logo
I have followed all of the directions and both "receipts" have printed and I have identifies my IP address. After I choose "unselected state" the printer does not appear.

I'm connected to the LAN but when the second page prints, it doesn't retrieve an IP, it's just 0.0.0.0
