CultureActive and its Team Tools with Michael Gates | Cross-Cultural Trainers Network

Michael Gates is an internationally-recognized teacher and writer on cross-cultural management, and an Associate Fellow at the Said Business School, University of Oxford. With over 30 years of experience in multinational companies across the world, he is widely known as an expert in the field.
Michael is going to take us through the uses of CultureActive, a cross-cultural profiling tool based on the cultural types in the Lewis Model of Culture.
In addition to explaining the uses of CultureActive, Michael is going to impart some of his valuable experience in applying the tool for cross-cultural team building.
