This is Paris, there are still pavement portions, that aren't always avoided by the itinerary. But yes, when it is not pavement, it's rather smooth, because it has to, given how many cars there are during the day.

この人数で光るヤツで滑れば壮観でしょうね。地元ネタだけど瀬戸大橋、年に一度でもいいから車を通行止めにしてローラースケート等が滑れるように出来ないかな。日中はキレイな景色を楽しんで夜は夜景を見ながら自分達もホタルよろしく発光しながら滑る。実現しそうにないけど瀬戸芸よりよほど世界中からスケーターなどの外国人が集まると思うけど。
I would like to know when they have this going on in what month and day . Friday night skate in Paris I would like to join.
+nick barrows Hi Nick it's every friday night @9:30pm, meeting point at station Montparnasse - Bienvenue. Ending at about 1am. If you're in paris today, they canceled it after Paris attacks.

What's the name of the track?
Its not a track, its the city of Paris. Every Friday night they do " Roller Pari" A different course is laid out around the city with police escort, roads and light closed so skaters can keep moving. Starts at 10pm and ends at 1am. Great way to see the city and get exercise.
