Wonderful, but I have a question. Why are all of the freight engines double ended - hat is why do hey have a cab on each end. I have never seen this here in the US.
Makes a lot of sense. I wonder why we don't do this but then we have to use several engines on a lot of trains. We run very long ones much longer that I ever see on your roads but I like the short ones and have no trains over 10 ars on my layout.
+David Curtis Generally our freight trains use a single loco as they are much shorter but do run at higher speeds as have fit in between intensive passenger services running at speeds of 90 mph or higher.
Some really detailed layouts on display ,Nice to hear a youngster enjoying the displays ! Regards ,Andy
Love the 25's ... as a kid I lived in the UK and saw the 25's all the time in Aylesbury

+David Curtis Makes for easier operation, no need to turn.

OK, Thanks.
Also your freight cars seem to be short and have single axle while we have double here?
+David Curtis Most are double in reality.
Ok, Thanks. Must be real close together.
