Crazy how this situation wouldn't have resulted in a death in a country like Norway, Germany or Finland. Crazy that they have cops that train for 3 years in the academy and are mentally equipped to identify someone suffering from mental distress and know the procedures on how to calm down the situation in order to minimize harm to all parties.
