Just a word of warning, I tried out spell mode and it basically just restarts the process. If you see a blue and yellow flash on the corner and that means it is restarting the process so there is no flipping mechanism happening. There’s no misting happening. It’s basically just restarting everything on step two

Everything works good.But only when I put it in no mist mode,it doesn't start.....I cleaned the sensor no change.
When I put it in mist mode everything works...

Please help. My daughter's cauldron will not lock back into place when she attempts to reset it after the bowl flips into the reveal position. She uses her key to turn the rotating part of the cauldron but it doesn't lock into place and just flips back to the reveal position. I can't find anyone else who's had this problem and she cant use it at all until its locked back into the correct position.
