The thing y'all may not have noticed about Jordan when he was at Golden State is he wasn't just their sixth man. He was also a starter too! Whenever Steph or Klay was injured he could fill in for them and the team would still win games. In fact that's when he shined!
His last season at Golden State he averaged 20ppg off the bench but when he started in place of Steph when he missed 25 games Poole's average jumped to 26ppg, and 5 assists!
Poole didn't benefit from playing behind Steph because he actually played better in Steph and Klay's absence! Check the stats!
He befitted from having Draymond and Loon set good screens for him and him getting enough touches to stay in a good rhythm!

Maccants is talking trash and telling Green that he has no experience. Can you take a look at yourself when you haven't had any success in the NBA? I bet if both this guy and Green were in the same room, he wouldn't dare to talk down to him. And if they were on the same court, it would be the same situation. Although, to be fair, he hasn’t played enough to even step on the court with Green.

When they cut away from Draymond to Rashad, I thought Rashad was pretending to be asleep as a goof. Think he's just that baked haha. Yeah, idk if Draymond is entirely unqualified to comment on Poole's struggles as the #1, Rashad reaching there. I mean, you know, people are allowed to have their two cents. But there is a sense of Draymond "wanting the last word" with Poole, wanting to show he's in Poole's head (even if it's to compliment him). So I'm not taking Rashad's comments at face value, but more as a rejection of Draymond's implicit message that he's still in Poole's head. Rashad's basically saying "nah chill on that."

Draymond ruined the Warriors. Steph should have 6-8 rings by now.

Draymon says it's not selfish that Poole played like he did last year, because he was just trying to prove himself.... exactly the definition of selfishness 😅

Ngl….. the nerve of McCants lol! Pot calling Kettle black type ish 😂
Tbf also, not even Harden wasn’t a true 6th man. He was a quality starter but clashed with Westbrook style of play.
I don’t think Poole is that either. Problem is GSW needed him to be part of the bench. It helped balance the team.
I agree with Draymond on this one fr. Poole needed time to adjust and still needs time.

Draymond has averaged 8 points over his career and has rode the coat tail of Steph and Klay. The time when they were out Golden State had the worst record, and instead of Draymond stepping up, he continued to purposely get kicked out of the game, getting techs in order not to get exposed.
