This channel is so good! I'm Korean but cooking Asian food scares me. Like I cook traditional recipes but they are ingredient heavy, take a lot of time to cook, and are generally not ideal for meal prep because of cost and preparation. Thanks for making these videos, I'm going to start trying these preps! I hope your channel grows!!
Just a question. Your recipe online says 1 pound of brussel sprouts. Are you using 3 pounds so it can be split to 150 grams after it is cooked to each container?
hey! i know this video is rather old but do you still have the calorie count for this meal? trying to count my calories but still eat tasty food, so i would be really grateful thanks!
So we ended up buying 1 package of 2lb ground beef 1 white onion (~200g) 1 package of panko bread crumbs 1 bottle mirin 1 bottle of low sodium soy sauce 1 bottle of ketchup 1 bag of 1 lb of white rice 1 bag of 1 lb of brussel sprouts This all we bought and we already had soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Idk where you’re based out of but you can find this list at Ralphs or Vons if you’re in socal
Thank you so much for the videos! It looks easy. Gonna start my meal prep on mon. Today sat. I really hate cooking everyday. Plus it looks economical too!
Oh man, you're totally right. So sorry for the hassle, I'll make sure to fix it. I would say you definitely don't need the eggs. You can totally use milk or soy milk in this situation to bind the breadcrumbs to the meat. There really just needs to be more moisture in the ground beef mixture so the breadcrumbs can stick. I hope this helps and I'm so sorry for the mistake.
This was an amazing food, and it was pretty easy to cook. Keep up the good work👍
