The board is holding up well. It is not my " everyday" board. I only use it for surfing small waves and paddling in the river. It got a slash from an oyster shell that I patched and is holding (14 months). But that's why I don't use it for island hopping around here. I did replace the paddle because it was pretty low quality. Thanks for watching
Do you find it tippy compared to most boards?I have two, and I found myself nervous that I would fall over. I have never used another paddleboarded before so I have nothing to compare it to.
Спасибо за видео, заказала себе доску того же производителя. Но очень мало информации по ним. Было интересно посмотреть ваше видео!) Расскажите пжта как она в эксплуатации себя ведёт . Через сезон например.
Thanks for watching Elenovna Elena. I have used the board for almost a whole year now. It is less stable than my hard SUP, but not by much. But I do use my hard board in the winter when I want the most stability. This board is so easy to transport that I take it with me on any trip where I may be near water. I also use it when I surf because it is softer and I feel safer surfing around other people. I did replace the paddle because the one that came with the board was not very good. I hope you enjoy your board!
thank you for video. What is your weight? Sorry to asking, actually pump does not show pressure ( may be it is broken or smth) that way i need to understand how firm SUP should be. Does the board suits 110 kg man's weight?
Hi. At the time of video I was 220 pounds. (100 kg). The first time I pumped up my board, I had to keep pumping long after I felt it was ready. When you stand on it on land there should be no give at all. If you can find a pressure gage, use a minimum of 12 psi.
Hi, that was a great video. Now, I just saw that you posted this a year ago, do you still recommend it? I have a hard board SIC 12.6 but I’m looking for an ISUP for short paddles before work.
Hi, I love this board for its ease of transport and its lightweight. What I don't like is that I have punctured it on oyster shells. (Other than those it has been super tough) . It is less stable than my hard board, but if you have experience, it should be fine. For $300 its a good deal and I have bought 2 more since my video (kids) and the one I punctured was/is still holding with the provided repair kit. I don't use them to land on islands any more because of the puncture. I do use them in the surf with no problems hitting the beach and broken small shells Lastly, I would have a hard time trusting it, myself and my abilities in water cold enough that I would have to end a paddle if I fell in. Around here that would be for about 4 months with 50 degree water temps.
Did you get anymore time out on the water with it? Any issues come up with it yet? Looking at maybe getting this exact model for my girlfriend and I for travel boards (we currently have hard boards, but want inflatables to travel easier with.)
So sorry it took me so long to respond. I have had the board out, quite a lot actually. I can tell a difference in stability compared to my hard board, but not much. The paddle stinks. I replaced it with an inexpensive Bic. I also had to patch it because I ran it up on some oyster shells, but the patch is holding. Thanks for watching!
Hi James. The pressure Guage on my pump started increasing at 0 (right from the start)and increased rapidly to around 8psi then slowed for the final 4psi. I stopped at 12psi. Thanks for watching! I had to pump a lot more after I thought it was solid.
I bought one. It's very stable. I I've tried it in waves it stands up very well 👍
Loved seeing the whole process. The pumping-up segment was a scream!! You weren't kidding about boat traffic that day. Thanks for all the info.
Thanks Jennifer! Glad u enjoyed it. It's a great board for the price.
I’m buying one soon thanks so much for the in depth video! So so helpful😁😁
Thanks man! Mine comes tomorrow in Puerto Vallarta Mexico!! I plan to do alot of exploring!
The character on the board is a traditional Chinese character 樂,meaning fun
That is sooooo cool. I have two of these boards.
2 years later and just checking if you've used it much and how it's holding up. Thanks!

@@theoldmanandthesup3748 Thanks for the update. Sounds like for the price it's still worth it.
@@theoldmanandthesup3748how is it today? I just bought two of these boards.
Thanks for the review, it was very helpful
Thank you for the video. Are you still happy with your SUP?

Does the paddle float when you drop it in the water?
Hi Tien, this particular paddle will float for a while. It is hollow and will eventually fill with water and possibly sink.
Can you attach a kayak seat to this board?

Does the pressure gauge only kick in when it’s rock solid?

Where did you bought it? Do you have a link? Thanks
Hi, and thanks for watching. There is a link in the description of the video above, but this should work too amzn.to/2Pba1eQ
Try getting it to 15psi
Make sure you wear a life vest on this one.
Just got the same one, made the same mistake not knowing there's a valve. The pump PSI gage doesn't work, what a POS lol
