I notice while watching how many sheets of paper you used trying to get to the last drop of oil, that is a condition, I too suffer from 😂. You would have taken half the time if you didn’t do so much cleaning. Great video 👍🏼. I’m picking my 2024 v4s this Friday and I’m counting the minutes. Cheers
Thank you boss. It’s a ducsti thats why i make sure no leaks. First time i did an oil change for a ducati lol. Well, still rides very strong 2000 moles adter loli. Ride safe always boss. 2024 V4S? Wow! Wished i could see it
Hello friend. Please, after changing the oil, does the OIL SERVICE message disappear automatically or not? Is it necessary to take the motorcycle to a dealership to delete the message? Thank you very much. A big hug. Marcelo
That’s different, at my job (aprilia dealer) we tell people to never use the kill switch unless it’s an emergency and so far so good, because the buttons are a little cheaply made and get stuck over time especially from constant use, just my 2 cents working with piaggio/aprilia but same goes for the KTM’s we sell as well
Ohh, when i bought this, they did a walkthrough of the bike and told me i will ruin the computer if i use the ignition key. Kill switch is the best way to turn off the engine. But il google it to make sure. Thanks for the heads up tho
Not true. I just brought my v4s there and they just need a receipt of the oil and filter and picture that u did the oil change, they will reset it for u and charged me $80
Sorry for telling you, but you have made many mistakes, the bike must stay on the rear stand and not on the side, this is the only way you will drain all the oil, it is new so you must use original spare parts or you will have no guarantee, I think that in the USA it is like in Italy. all bolts must be tightened with torque and not randomly. Before inserting it, the filter must be filled with oil to prevent the paper from burning before the pump fills it, in the first 30 seconds of operation. The bike must be kept at about 2500/3000 rpm for the first minute to make the pump work at its best and immediately fill the oil filter. I apologize for the language errors.
I held the bike upright on the ground while draining. Anyway, thanks for the advice boss. Il do ur advice next time i change my oil boss. Thanks for the info
I always use the key switch. 20 years and no problem.
Oh ok. Thays good to know. Thanks man

I was told by ducati if I did any oil changes outside of the dealer they would void my warranty Is that true? 22 v4s as well.
Not true. I just brought my v4s there and they just need a receipt of the oil and filter and picture that u did the oil change, they will reset it for u and charged me $80
No manufacturer can void your warranty by not going to them for oil changes
Are you making a video while a tv is blaring in the background?
Yes 😝
Do you use all 4Liters oil
Only 3.4Li. And i just depend on the oil window level
you have filled the insulator of the muffler covers with oil ...
What do u mean boss? Did i break something?😢
@@CharleeRNbeemerguy54 no, nothing breaks, only the bike will make a lot of smoke when the muffler heats up ...
