Honestly i cant wait to become war mechine with all the changes to resistance and power armor synergies. I always liked the unstopple power armor fantasy, and this just feeds more into it and i love it.
As an Unarmed, Bloodied, Full Secret Service Unyielding build...I do not see much changing except I will have more points to use and possibly add other perks that I did not before...so technically...I should get even better after the update! Only one I dont have enough info on and hoping it is not nerfed badly is Lone Wanderer...since I only have 4 in Charisma for THAT perk, but with Unyielding...I wonder how it scales, and if it could be close to what it sits at now...AND...if its close enough, if I could remove those 3 extra Charisma points and do something else with them like 2 more Endurance to max mine out...
hehehe I'm tall and skinny and "noodly" was always kinda following me around. One night oskapt called me "wiggly noodle pants" because I got all tangled in my pajama pants :D Then I started using Noodl as my radio call sign and it just stuck around for gamer names and such. I was NoodlePanz long beofre we started this channel. Now it's just who I am. :) I have no idea why oskapt is oskapt though hahahaha He just is.
I am curious to see what they're going to do for those of us who invested several perk choices into cards that now cost one slot (if they're going to do anything at all). People at really high levels might not care, but for someone at, say, level 40 who perhaps invested in a lot of those perks, ony to find out that he and some new level 20 guy have the same total perks and no more? There's an inequity in that. Some have speculated that we'll get a refund in perk coins, which I suppose is okay if maybe a little weak. Until your build is complete. a mere 2 perk coins for a valuable level option might not seem enough.
Bright side for me, with all legendary slots filled with legendary special perks, I can filter a lot into Endurance and make a more extensive version of my Overeaters build now. Watch out everyone, I carry hot sauce!
We can't say anything with any certainty at this point. We know Bethesda too well. hahahaha but we WILL update you on this the second we're able to actually test it. SO MANY new build videos are coming.
Is the Hard Bargain change that good? Yes it costs less but your effective max is also lower (presently it's meant to be the equivalent of +3 CHR per rank, which would be +9, not +7) and on top of that apparently CHR 99 is the cap on cost savings. So are things really going to be cheaper or more expensive with the new Hard Bargain as well as new way buying power is handled?
I'm done with this game. Moving all these perks to endurance is ridiculous. They lower the cost for all these perk cards but leave all the strength cards the same point cost. The point cost should have been changed for all perk cards so we can adjust our builds evenly. With these changes the game now heavily favors endurance. It's completely ridiculous. Bethesda has gone too far with this one.
Yeah, they are ruining the game. I was tired from bloodied build so switched to full health and using solar or pa armors now. They are forcing me to take out my old uny ss armor from stash and back to bloodied build! Solar armor will be trash as i will be Immortal with highest damage at once with bloodied. Yeah, it will be really funny that everybody will have same god mode bloodied build, ironic! Iam 800+ lvl and really dont like these changes at all!
Not sure why you guys are having a 3Y old tantrums. You can change your builds anytime for free. You are not required to use any perk cards to play. I can see your point if you had to pay to change perks, but you don't. You just want to cry because you have nothing constructive to say
@ ok, so tell me what is a purpose to play a mmo game where you can be god in both aspects damage and survaivabily? The game is so easy now and will be even more! In every other mmos you have different classes, tank, healer, damage dealer and you need all of them to be able to do raid… And its not true that is for free. I have a like 7 different armors and pas sets where i put oe mods instead of uny. And now again just ss uny armor will be way to go.. Where is a fun where everybody will use same build and same ss armor..??
You are being way over dramatic! First, until the update actually comes out, we don't really know anything. All of this could change. Second, I'm a full health commando build, and only about 2 of the new cards will affect me at all. So, no, bloodied will not be the only way to play the game. You act as if someone is forcing you to play as a bloodied build, or even at all. You can do whatever you want, just remember that if you're always looking for the bad in things, that's what you will always find.
What you're talking about it's only power armor nothing else what about the commando the shotguns Auto pistols because I seen your videos nothing there about the weapons I just said😊😊

I'm a full health melee player who uses vampire chainsaws and the ricochet perk card, hopefully the changes will make my character a mega tank😄
Im glad some of the perk cards are being lowered plus i hope they give us more legendary ones as well
