Forgotten memories is a good example. Even with update intervals going neck to neck with the Doors Update Interval, it still had above 1K on average.
Fnaf games do go hard if given a lot of creativity and replayablity they can go very far, it’s just the office games that get around a few players a day.
I agree, there are already many fnaf games on roblox that have been executed so well. Forgotten Memories is a great example for this.
Honestly though, even with fnaf fangames as prominent as they are, i still see a lot of potential in a fnaf fangane. They aren't really limited to the close door, check cams gameplay at all, and the books, freddy in space and fnaf world are a huge proof of that. There's just still so much unexplored so far
but yeah the fact that they made it so similar to dbd though i hope they branch out to distance it otherwise id rather play flee the facility tbh
