冬のごちそう天然の猪肉300gが美しく盛られて届きます。野菜はもちろんのこと、個人的にはきのこがぷりぷりで美味しかったです。おつゆは昆布とかつお、はちみつがベースとのこと。ゆずの皮を削るためのミニおろし金と刷毛もセットになっていました。😋😋😋

A winter feast of 300 grams of natural wild boar meat arrives beautifully presented. I personally enjoyed the plump mushrooms as well as the vegetables. The soup is said to be based on kombu, bonito, and honey. A mini grater and brush for shaving the yuzu peel were also included in the set.
