i just cook this for my work place Christmas party and i can tell you this that i nailed this dish on its head.....there were no over chicken left from my pan i make over 80 piceces and people wanted more....thanks gracefoods you make me look like a top notch chef
Thank you gracefoods for uploading this video and all the others. My mother saw this yesterday on Smile Jamaica and called me asking if I could find it for her. I found it and sent her the link. Thank you very much!
What athletes are you serving this to, this meal and the options seem very heavy for an athlete such a swimmer, runner etc. If I were to eat the chicken, almond broccoli & cheesecake, I would feel satisfied and need a long nap.
The food would be served to our Jamaican athletes...and no this would not be too heavy for them as this is how they (especially.. the men) would eat normally. At that level they burn lots of calories anyway.
That food is delicious but it is heavy especially around competition time. When are the athletes suppose to eat these meals before of after competition. As a swimmer, I would not dare each cheesecake during competition time. just saying!
In prior years, our athletes have complained about the meals offered at the games....they are quite bland in taste and appearance...worse if one is not used to the food. One can develop a stomach virus which in turn affects one's performance.
