    Ooh, and it looks so innocuous! Those serrated leaves and the dainty flowers make it even more innocent looking. There's a clue in the name tho..... Mercury is poisonous. Thanks for that. x

      I just thought it was an interesting llant to cover due to the fact it grows everywhere and if your picking wild garlic etc you don't want to be inadvertently picking some of this up as well...doing well over here my friend thankyou hope you are as well atb jj

      I think ine leaf isn't so bad by accident but as a general rule a larger amount wouldn't be good

    I just drove out and picked a load of wild garlic plus a stem of dogs mercury, I then decided not to eat the garlic as I got paranoid. Can I ask does garlic sometimes have serated leaves? Or are they smooth and large and coming out at ground level....? I've got a bucket full and just want to be sure! And is it really that harmful if I pick them along a main road? Wish I could send a pic of what I have to be sure. Thanks for your lovely videos!

      Wild garlic..which is unmistakable from its smell when tolled or crushed leaves always had long smoth flat elongated leaves , would never take frim near a near if im honest

    What months is dogs Mercury growing?

      Dogs Mercury generally flowers gro around February into April but its leaves can last all year round

      @@JJ_OUTDOORS thank you. I'll be really cautious when picking wild garlic. I'll avoid Lord's And Ladies, and Dogs Mercury. Today I foraged wild comfrey, pineapple weed, and honesty seeds.

    There's loads up the mountain where I go. I did not know they were poisonous. Cheers for the heads up matey, I've sent a load to the Ex wife, I've told her to follow the directions for making stingy nettle soup. She hasn't got back to me... Obviously Joking guy's....       I was just being careful in this video too enthasis the point of this plant causing problems...i don't think its an irritant tbh but best to be avoided nonetheless
