Hi Willian, A part from the product itself (item: air-fresh-) you need a sublimation printer. In this case we can recommend you our A4 Epson Eco Tank ET-2700 printer which comes as a starter package (printer, ink, sublimation paper & heat tape) - so basically all you need to do the print out. I wouldn't add it while still hot/warm, try adding it once cold. Your outcome also depends on what you are using, be careful not to be adding too much of the scented oils. how is the paper cut? can you explain to me how do i cut the perfect paper? how do I make the shape I want to have the perfect cut? explain it to me please ?

KG sorry I couldn't understand, does the printer equipment provide the models and formats? another question how is the cut done, I saw in your video that you can get the perfect cut off the sheet without using any cutter, how is it done to be able to cut the image after sublimation? another question how can i create a new format different from the ones that come standard on the equipment? and how to get to cut the shape after sublimation? can you help me with these questions please? Hi, was wondering if you could help with an issue we seem to be having when scenting our air fresheners and that's the fragrance will cause the picture or image to bleed and we end up having to waste stock. We have not come across your products but didn't know if this may be a common problem as we can not seem to find any help on this issue, any advice will be great, thanks
Hi Emma, this problem will not happen with our products. For one, sublimation does not bleed and second, our fragerance is heavily concetrated and therefore you only need a couple of drops. That is not enough liquid to harm the print.
Im having the same issue!! Once I apply my oils after a few minutes my images start bleeding and don't look good anymore. I keep having to damp it with a paper towel which then takes away the ink from the air freshener and then they start to look faded :(

If you want specific shape like the outline a character how do you go about doing that?
You would need uncut material and a cricut cutter

Will need a printer capable of using sublimation inks.Epsons work best and will need a heat press machine as well
