    It's incredible how visibly he's struggling not to play optimally. Between tracking and doing complicated techs, you can see a lot of course correcting mid-fight. Guess old habits die hard

    Feel like it’s so hard to resist your muscle memory lol. Like at first he was pretending to not even know how to use grapple. But then minutes later he’s slamming and following up with LMB perfectly lol

    i know this is ambitious but what about doing one of these with the 5man pro team? i personally think that it would be entertaining watching the confusion in the hired coach's voice as they go from my average ranked team to executing the most coordinated dives they've ever seen. voice changers might be needed tho since it might be hard to sneak 5 well known players past a t500...

  • @gregortheoverlander4122
    @gregortheoverlander4122 2 роки тому +19

    I like the idea here. Emongg is probably not the best choice considering he has, bar none (maybe Dafran), the most recognizable voice in Overwatch.
    I'd really like it if you guys used Crusty or one of the other coaches for this. Crusty, mechanically, isn't the best in the world anymore (He's diamond right?), but his understanding and coaching ability is imo in the top 3 of all coaches. I also don't think most people would recognize crusty's voice. You could also use someone like Proper or Violet. I know their English isn't amazing, but I think it would be cool if you even tell the coaches that the person they are coaching is a top tier player. Tell them they are high in top 500. Then have crusty vod review the reviewer and see what crusty liked about what they said and didn't like.
    It's really obvious when a player is faking being bad like emongg at the start. And, when I coach my friends who REALLY are that bad. There isn't really much to say besides, "This is what this ability does, try doing it." It doesn't really show the quality of a coach. What really shows how good a coach is, is when they are reviewing someone who is already in the top .01% of the game like Proper and Violet. I'm sure they both make mistakes and have bad play habits that could be fixed, but obviously it is really hard to see because they are better than 99.99% of players and mechanically they are so good that it can change what is "right" for them. Being as aggressive as proper is probably throwing for even most GM players, but it works for proper because he is mechanically so, so strong.
    I'd really like to see what a coach has to say about the way either Proper or Violet play and then see what Crusty thinks about the advice given.

      @darksplash873 2 роки тому +1

      I agree with you, but at the end of the day it's mostly for content and emongg was signed as the content creator and I think they wanna utilize him as such. They get more people to click if they see a more recognizable face, tho an episode where a COACH goes undercover could also be very interesting and entertaining.
