It's incredible how visibly he's struggling not to play optimally. Between tracking and doing complicated techs, you can see a lot of course correcting mid-fight. Guess old habits die hard
Feel like it’s so hard to resist your muscle memory lol. Like at first he was pretending to not even know how to use grapple. But then minutes later he’s slamming and following up with LMB perfectly lol
i know this is ambitious but what about doing one of these with the 5man pro team? i personally think that it would be entertaining watching the confusion in the hired coach's voice as they go from my average ranked team to executing the most coordinated dives they've ever seen. voice changers might be needed tho since it might be hard to sneak 5 well known players past a t500...
I like the idea here. Emongg is probably not the best choice considering he has, bar none (maybe Dafran), the most recognizable voice in Overwatch. I'd really like it if you guys used Crusty or one of the other coaches for this. Crusty, mechanically, isn't the best in the world anymore (He's diamond right?), but his understanding and coaching ability is imo in the top 3 of all coaches. I also don't think most people would recognize crusty's voice. You could also use someone like Proper or Violet. I know their English isn't amazing, but I think it would be cool if you even tell the coaches that the person they are coaching is a top tier player. Tell them they are high in top 500. Then have crusty vod review the reviewer and see what crusty liked about what they said and didn't like. It's really obvious when a player is faking being bad like emongg at the start. And, when I coach my friends who REALLY are that bad. There isn't really much to say besides, "This is what this ability does, try doing it." It doesn't really show the quality of a coach. What really shows how good a coach is, is when they are reviewing someone who is already in the top .01% of the game like Proper and Violet. I'm sure they both make mistakes and have bad play habits that could be fixed, but obviously it is really hard to see because they are better than 99.99% of players and mechanically they are so good that it can change what is "right" for them. Being as aggressive as proper is probably throwing for even most GM players, but it works for proper because he is mechanically so, so strong. I'd really like to see what a coach has to say about the way either Proper or Violet play and then see what Crusty thinks about the advice given.
I agree with you, but at the end of the day it's mostly for content and emongg was signed as the content creator and I think they wanna utilize him as such. They get more people to click if they see a more recognizable face, tho an episode where a COACH goes undercover could also be very interesting and entertaining.
There really wasn't anything to coach about relating to his gameplay since it was obvious acting. But he should have went over the character's theory unless it was cut out.
actually really nice that shock got emongg a coach for ball, definitely needs it
Lmao
😆 true hope he gets more coaching in future
Flats, is that you :?

The end is the best part. It’s not just tricking and making fun. Being honest and both sides having fun is what being human is all about.

Feeling personally attacked by the fact that Emongg holding back is just the same as him trying to play like me smh
Hes honestly one of the better coaches I've seen on games like thisb
Everyone is going to recognize emongg's voice instantly

LOL im laughing just thinking about it
The pro team basically only speaks korean though so it would need to be a korean coach
it would be hilarious to see the reaction to proper on sojourn
@@Chiron1010 "ah yeah just try... uhm nope nevermind you're good"
That happens sometimes! I've noticed... Sneak 100
Emongg is too pure.
Yo this guys a pretty decent coach, I might need some lessons.
that is just how emongg plays ball all the time
can’t wait to see emongg use those ball tips in ranked
He could play like he is new. Emongg was popping off in this video lol.
Funny seeing Eric playing better on accident and then purposely playing worse
U know him so well u can call him Eric!

super would be recognized right away lmao
Aye!!! Look at Coach!! 😂🔥🔥🔥
Great video thanks for posting
I wanna see this done again but with crusty lmao
We need more of this kind of content but with voice changers
I'd like to see Emongg try this with one of those Dibz vod reviews. ;)

how did he not know emongg by voice
well, he actually recognized the voice
did u watch the video lil bro
The best part is that for ball emongg doesn't even have to pretend :o
Just joking ofc, love u emongg and shock!
im looking for this dudes actual coaching. all i hear is nice
He did recognize Emongg in the very beginning so there wasn't really anything to coach
@@thomasn5726 he still acted like he didn't know and prob coached him like he would coach any other player tho so
Yeah very slight coaching, mostly just commentary and 'nice'

@@dje999 nah i think he was biased and didn't coach as much
Such a lovely video
haha this is great
is that cypress lol
Goats
emongg needs to take some acting classes, this gameplay felt too much like his normal play
Especially that ball gameplay
I hate this era of editing catered to low attention span gen z tablet kids. Love the content tho
Do you know who Emongg is?
You sound a lot like him
I wonder how this channel is gonna go if the team went full korean
lmfao
This guy does 2 games for $5? Just go work at McDonald's man it's easier and you'll be making like 10-15 depending where you live.
He does an hour of coaching for $15 actually.
He just does this as a side hustle though? Plus it’s more expensive than that
That coach is useless
this editing is so cringey lmfao
