      His programs are very good currently running his 3x a week bench program and using candito's 6 week for squats and deadlift

    Will you make some Sheiko program review? That would be fun! Becouse the are so much more complex then "mad Cow" and the others. How do and Sheiko think an kalkulates the volym. Have you done Sheiko? If not, why? Would you try it? Who will you rekommend it to? Will Evolve Ai be able in the future to make more Porgrams Like Sheiko? Sheiko is nice in my apinion when it coms to intensity. Not som test every week or block. But more slow and steady in a longer time.
    So a video about his program would Realy be nice!

    Might work for somebody who can handle the volume. For older lifters, no way. I bench one time a week and accessories the other.

    you have to let yourself be bitten by the aggressive bulldog before deadlifting for more psychic power and adrenaline
    he bite you than you lift it..

    Ive finished SL and greyskull lp...and now thinking about my next program, what should I move onto candito or gzclp?

      Both are solid but GZCLP has more built in progression after you stall out so I would lean that direction personally. Blessings

    Man this program is so old now, I don't think Jonnie even agrees with it anymore. He has his new 8 week program which is much much better.
