Main ingredients:
2 chicken eggs.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
60 grams of sugar.
Mix well.
30g melted butter.
30 grams of vegetable oil.
250 ml warm milk.
7g dry yeast.
Mix everything together.
Sift 500 g flour.
Add 2 tablespoons of starch.

Крахмал, чтобы выпечка дольше была мягкой. А сам рецепт хороший. Только соль на такое количество муки 1 ч ложка без верха. Спасибо 😊
