Kefnet, the Mindful. He's got built in evasion, protection, inflated stats, and is one part of a three-card combo. Although he really should be called Kefnet, the Handful.
I like Hogaak as "kinda voltron", quite resilient. He can one shot or two shot your opponents, you can sac him all the time to cards like Greater Good to draw your deck, and he can brought back from the GY very easily with convoke + delve
I built the Treebeard deck after watching your video about it and brother let me tell you that bearded tree guy has won me a lot of games 🌳👊 thank you for that one!
My weird voltron deck is Gregor Shrewd Magistrate. He uses skulk to get the attack through. Then, use a bunch of pump spells to make it meaningful. His built in card draw means you usually end the turn with 10+ cards in hand off of 1-2 pump spells, so you're locked and loaded to go again next turn!
The weird commander I own is Kresh, The Bloodbraided. Watch a few things die and punch people with surprising amounts of damage. Also throw high power creatures directly at your opponents face with fling effects. It's super fun to play
Everybody's gotta have a Voltron deck, but this is why you're here to help people find one that's not an "all in" on the commander deck. So many cool options and it's great when your commander isn't the only way to win and Voltron isn't the entirety of the deck. This is how I play Tuvasa. Less of a Voltron race and more of a Bant control deck with a growing enchantress that eventually swings for lethal at the last player left or even the last two. I remember playing her one time and having a bit of a slow start while other people were popping off. After some crazy turns, my one opponent set a chain reaction in motion taking out the other two and very nearly killing me. I had one turn, a couple of life and a Commander that was maybe 5/5. But tuvasa grows for each enchantment and I was able to enchant her with two other things that gave her the same buff pushing her up to 21 exactly and giving her protection from vampires (thanks to a Disturbed Katilda), which just so happened to be all of the creatures my opponent controlled.
Great video topic, especially for the inclusion of mutate commanders! The fact that you can mutate onto little (non-human) boggle creatures to gain their keywords feels great
My weirdest voltron list is Extus. He has a cool interaction with bloodrush creatures and other combat tricks. He also pivots beautifully to any infinite mana combo in mardu .
My favorite weird Voltron I’ve made is Shadowfax, the Lord of Horses. Nobody expects him to get as big and disgusting as he does just because he’s an uncommon 5 mana legend, but he gets scary fast and slams down other big creatures fast
My shadoxfax is half Voltron/half scary dragons and extra combats. One of my scariest decks on purpose for the challenge of building an uncommon legend
I absolutely love Three Dog, Galaxy News DJ, it is voltron but makes it really fun in my opinion, the interactions you can get with some enchantments is ridiculous!
Snapdax was the first commander i ever built. It's voltron but without infect cause that's too scummy and ez imo. Some of the creature cards that reward you for having your commander in play can work well with Snapdax mutated onto them. [Bloodsworn Steward] can become a 6/6 and your commander if you mutate Snapdax onto them. Same with [Demon of wailing agonies], coupled with double strike make an opponent you hit sac 2 creatures. Also works well with +1 counter creatures like, [Westgate Regent] and [Sunscorch Regent]. Throw in a few power doubling combat tricks or extra combats and you can easily 1 shot peeps. Can also mutate him onto things like [Darksteel Myr] and [Adanto Vanguard] for an indestructible kitty.
I never put it to paper but i always wanted to build Eluge the Shoreless Sea as Voltron. Scales with how many lands you have and already wants to attack every turn. Plus gives you free spells every turn to counter spell or flicker if they try to remove my fishy friend.
The Mimeoplasm is an interesting one. Put a Blighted Agent and any creature over 10 and one hit kill somebody. One I have won with is Bruna, Light of Alabaster. Totem armor is a beast with it. I hit someone for 100+ damage with totem armor 7.
I have a mono blue Callaephe beloved by the sea deck one of my fave decks uses a lot of regular enchantments to make her huge then a few effects to make her unblockable to kill the table and a few pillowfort/stacks pieces to ensure I don't die
You want a real weird voltron commander? Try Senu, Keen-Eyed Protector. This little mono-white birdie has essentially super ninjutsu to skip past blockers, and you can attach equipment at flash speed with a bunch of cards to just delete people. Super fun to play.
Baral, the Blue Batman. Bounce and counter you while I stack up equipments and swing in. Wildly efficient in 1v1 but pretty garbage elsewhere. I tried to build Ramos the Dragon Engine as a cascade deck but I kept killing people with commander damage so I went for a charms voltron. Super fun, actually.
One weird Voltron commander I made was Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa, it has flying, vigilance, and toxic and the colors are very good. My friends hate that deck so I don't use it very much
Kefnet, the Mindful. He's got built in evasion, protection, inflated stats, and is one part of a three-card combo. Although he really should be called Kefnet, the Handful.
Dope card man.

Aw man, that's awesome
The fast paced music change up had me boppin my head brother! You are easily in my top top 3 channels my dude. Always clicking on a new video asap!
Thanks, I got Chubbs for you. I gotta get through town, I can make it with a tiny mound.
Geist of St Traft. Has Hexproof so makes Aura’s actually quite strong.
Another vote for the Geist of Bernie Sanders!

I gotta check it out.
Do you have a decklist? I'm rather curious!
Greven is so stupidly fun brothers. You changed my view on sengir. Very cool.
Hell yeah Dave. Sengir looks like fun.
The weird commander I own is Kresh, The Bloodbraided. Watch a few things die and punch people with surprising amounts of damage. Also throw high power creatures directly at your opponents face with fling effects. It's super fun to play

Hell yeah dude. Finish the fight!
This topic was on my mind recently! One I ran recently was Vren the Relentless. Suit it up, swing, and if they block it grows the rat army
Great video topic, especially for the inclusion of mutate commanders! The fact that you can mutate onto little (non-human) boggle creatures to gain their keywords feels great
Love me some bogles. Consent is king.

I legit love that card
Mindskinner voltron ^^ commanders plate, bruvac out and 2 brass knuckles on turn 5 💀
Hell yeah!
Second time in a week I’ve seen a commander channel mention my sweet darling Laelia. Hopefully her popularity will pump up soon
Grismold is my fucking favorite, plant daddy all day
P-Daddy, I call him. The Greek Houseplant.
I absolutely love Three Dog, Galaxy News DJ, it is voltron but makes it really fun in my opinion, the interactions you can get with some enchantments is ridiculous!
Three Dog! We got some Godsmack coming at ya after the break boy!

Nice, it's an interesting commander for.sho
Got a list?
I run two of these, Laella and Skullbriar. Thinking about Volrath and Me, The Immortal
Who, me?
I never put it to paper but i always wanted to build Eluge the Shoreless Sea as Voltron. Scales with how many lands you have and already wants to attack every turn. Plus gives you free spells every turn to counter spell or flicker if they try to remove my fishy friend.
Yeah, that fish is diesel man. Super powerful.

I did look at that one, next video She's in.
Grismold the Dreadsower! He scared Ernest stupid, he can scare your playgroup too. Strong to the finish, he eats all the spinach!
Looked like Popeye's drunk uncle
Patrick: Is Indominus Rex a Voltron commander?
Indy is indeed a slapper.
Oh hell yeah brother imma make a Nicky G Voltron build!
If I had one keyword ability it would be "Arthritis"
Umbris fear manifest brother, turn that mill into a one shot kill.
Great one, I'm gonna do another video with all your suggestions.
@@bettercommander it’s pretty spicy considering you can make him a one shot before you even cast him
You want a real weird voltron commander? Try Senu, Keen-Eyed Protector. This little mono-white birdie has essentially super ninjutsu to skip past blockers, and you can attach equipment at flash speed with a bunch of cards to just delete people. Super fun to play.
Never even seen it, lol. Fantastic
I still love my Xenk deck. It's all prisons and things to make him unlockable.
I'll look at it. Xenk Uyger?
@bettercommander Xenk, Paladin Unbroken. He's one of the DnD secret lair commanders.
@bettercommander it would be funny to see a Cenk Uyger version tho.
Lets go brother
Baral, the Blue Batman. Bounce and counter you while I stack up equipments and swing in. Wildly efficient in 1v1 but pretty garbage elsewhere.
I tried to build Ramos the Dragon Engine as a cascade deck but I kept killing people with commander damage so I went for a charms voltron. Super fun, actually.
Ramos is a good one I didn't think of. As a generic value commander, there is no better. I did a mutate/Eldrazi deck around him.
One weird Voltron commander I made was Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa, it has flying, vigilance, and toxic and the colors are very good. My friends hate that deck so I don't use it very much
Lumra, with rogues passage, if they remove lumra, I cast him again as his ETB ramps me most times
Alright, I'll check it out.
Varolz is kind of a weird one
My fave voltron I play is esior /jeska throw down a ritual effect and someone is going bye bye out of nowhere
GEIST OF SAINT TRAFT OR BUST
That's a good one. The geist!
Zurgo the helmsmasher with worldslayer
Disgusting.
Doran the Siege Tower enchantress Voltron is my main
Doran is a good one.
Mimeoplasm= build your own creature-tron ;p
Another banger! I used to get Spinebiter in there, Infect kill!
I keep planing to build grevan but never do lol.
It's cheap and fun.
How was the spaghetti???
Not bad, I went asian with it.
I feel like the music has been kinda loud the last few videos
I'm jamming too hard
Where those music credits shout outs tho?
First brother
Honor to you and your family
