Pablo is the best addition to the team. He has mentored his co-members early on in their journey, and even his brother, Josue. His innate ears and eyes for talent will be the key factor. Do not underestimate his shyness. He has a lot between his ears that nobody can match.

STELL got a way with kids at mas maraming bata na comfortable with him. Nagtuturo yan ng dance lesson with special kids noon, nag babysit ng mga cousin nya sa Japan at maalaga sa mga pamangkin so he knows how to deal with children.
Nakakatuwa yung chemistry nilang lahat ang gaan gaan lang at parang magbabarkada lang. Ang cute din talaga ni Julie and Stell parang magkapatid lang very comfortable na sila sa isa't isa.
Pablo may be new with 6-7 years of experience, pero yung 7 years na yun including 3 years of training sobrang hasang hasa na siya. Wala siyang idle time, hindi siya pumetiks sa 7 years na yun. He is so busy learning and developing his craft. Sa pagsayaw, pagkanta, pagcreate ng music, pagsulat ng kanta, pagproduce, and now pagmamanage ng sarili nilang company as the CEO of 1Z. Kaya dun sa mga nagsasabi na hindi niya deserve maging coach, gumising kayo sa katotohanan. May nakagawa na ba na ibang local artists lahat ng naachieve ni Pablo and Stell in that span of 6 or 7 years?

Natural sa group since si Pablo ang sumulat sya ang magsasabi ng timbre. But how it will be executed Pablo knows Stell is better than him and Stell also know how to teach kids even with handicap which needs a more difficult approach. But I know all the coaches are good in their own way no one is above the others.
