So impressive that you and Lars are making windsurfing looking so nice. I know with my own channel how difficult it is to get the good shots and at the same time the wind has to play ball. And my shots are maybe 5% quality where yours are a perfect 100%
I'm glad to hear your training days are limited by the amount of sailing you do. I was feeling like a bit of a wimp trying to fit training in through our summer with almost daily windfoiling!
Wow. Reminds me of 30 years ago but when everybody did their own training programmes and there were no gyms, only body building places.
We'd eat what we got - Mostly local foods and lots of oranges 🙂

even if you say that it is tough sometimes, and that its not always windsurfing. sometimes i tell myself that whatever happens in my life, i should never quit windsurfing, ever. at this point its more than a passion, it's a therapy 😅

It is great to see that the pro's, although competitors, are training together, advising each other and seem to get along quite well. Quite unlike the behavior in sports like Mixed Martial Arts.

I also love my s5ii. Panasonic produces awesome cameras for video- and also photos. Maybe Lars could mention some lenses you use?
We use 35mm, 20-60mm and 70-200mm (with 2x converter). All Panasonic S lenses.

For me it's ok, just sarcasm about the sickness of police and authorities - how is it possible that you fly there drone? In Spain it is officially forbidden to fly drones in 30 km radius near airport. I was stopped by Police once, just for no reason, and I just had an drone in my bag, fortunately I did not fly. They gave me warning ⚠️ and told, that I cannot fly in that area coz it was like 20km away from f..ng Airport! 20km away, Carl! Sick!!! Unpleasant situation. But if they saw me flying, I would get maybe up to 200-2000€ bill. Be careful guys!

you need to consider introducing weight classes into fin and foilslalom... this will attract at least 3 times more competitors into events, but it will be a negative for the bramds because with athletes with similar skill set , similar experiences brand new gear will have less impact on performance... you wanna make windsurf great again , be fair...
