STATUS OF NCCC MALL MA-A CONSTRUCTION IN DAVAO CITY

This is the status of construction for NCCC shopping mall in Davao City this May 2024.
Slated to open in December this year, NCCC Mall Ma-a is reputed to be a state-of-the-art shopping center with a residential condominium, the Belleza Towers, which will highlight quality lifestyle living with convenient shopping, dining and entertainment choices all in one destination
Private construction in Davao, like the NCCC mall in Ma-a, has contributed to the sustained economic growth of the region the past year.
The Philippine Statistics Authority and NEDA or the National Economic Development Authority have just reported that the economy of Davao Region grew by 6.7% in 2023.
Construction in Davao Region accounted for 10% growth last year.
With this growth, Davao Region has reached the trillion-peso economy together with NCR, Calabarzon, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, and Western Visayas. (Southern Living by Charrie Atanacio)
