Man, I'd love to snatch up that old blue Chevy church van. ...it looked to be a mid-late 80's year model, and I think it's the extended van which would make it either a 3/4 or a 1 ton, as they didn't offer the extended body style in the 1/2 ton version.
Whoa Nelley, 1986 (?) and maybe hit the bricks. Tough to read the VIN on that one. No VIN, can't win, so assumed to be a 1986 model year if the 10th VIN digit is a "G". These were assembled in Nekarsulm, Stuttgart, Germany. Possible code L700 Black exterior paint. It has a 2.5L "M44/40" engine. You really do love your wheels. Yes, I know, some of those parts make you some "bread". LOL. I agree with the others---that blue G Series van looked really clean and that might be worth a video. Yes, that looks like it's on a GM chassis, likely a P30 Chevrolet chassis with a 454 CID V8 if I had to take a guess. Fleetwood RV was located at 5300 Via Ricardo, Riverside, CA 92509 but there's another business there. For a time, the REV Group (maker of Wheeled Coach, Horton, Ferrara, KME and E-One ambulances and firetrucks) owns them now. I know one of the principals at the REV Group, so I might send this to him. Whoa Nelley, RV isn't for me. Looks old and full of mold. 1982 and it's over for you. REV and it's over thee. That's it, time to quit. Porsche made in Nekarsulm and it's done. Exterior color of black and it ain't worth jack. That's it, time to quit. Rims by BBS are a big mess. Going to be flat and that's that. Both will likely get squished and frankly, no one is really that pissed.
Thanks for the info...saw them list it on FB weeks ago but they never had it listed on their site. That passenger side fender got crushed by that wheel when you took the rims off didn't it?
Long time no see Benny. How much did the yard charge you for the tach? I'd want to see a video on the blue van! It's too good to be in the yard! What a *WASTE!* *SAD!*
The blue Chevy van looked mint
You said it before I could.
It was pretty nice. I looked it over but I didn't think anyone would br interested in one of those type of vans.
@@ClassicRideSociety It was a stand out and yes it was worth a video.
Thanks for the tag along ❤❤
That was nice Porsche 944 maroon interior is flawless see Benny grab the rims off & saw fairly clean blue Chevy G20 church or daycare van

Amazing all the big ol excursion’s
I like the tachometer.
🏁 Thanks for the video Benny!! That RV looks like it was at least a 30-footer or more!! 🇺🇲🏁🏁🏁😎🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁
👍
Well done😊
very nice Benny, I like the Porsche 👍
Most of the rv like this one had 454 big blocks in them high out put car motors
Friend back in late 90s had a RV with a 454. I remember staying in it for my older bros wedding
Nah. Most were truck based V8s, in this case, it was likely built on a 1982 P30 chassis.
@@googleusergp mine was 74 model and it is the high out put car motor
@@impalaman4546 No 454 in 1974 was "high output". They were a lot less potent in 1974 versus the earlier years.
@@googleusergp it came out of a 74 but was a 70 model motor and it is a car motor
Thanks for another video..
Could you take a look at the light blue Chevy widow van?
It looked spotless...

I agree, that blue Chevy G20 van is worthy of a video.
...and yes, if it gets squished the Chevy van faithful will be very, very pissed.
@@CaptainHowdy1969 It's worth a video, that's for sure.
Cool man! 👍
That Porche is a cool car
One of the two Porches made that collectors don't want even if they are free.
Agreed. My friend's uncle offered to give one he had for free. I didn't take it 😄
That was true a few years ago but is far from the truth now.
