I've learned we only have so much time and energy, it's just best to let things go and perhaps re-visit in the future. Maybe if it was a super rare care then it would be worth keeping and doing something cool with but there are many NB miatas. Selling is probably the easiest thing that makes sense so you can focus on what really matters to you 🫡
The car will only get easier to work on and if you can keep it I would. The Z will only continue to get faster and more expensive to do track days with. I love my miata, barely wear through tires and they are dirt cheap.
Gotta make the z more competitive if I want to stay relevant In comp though. A necessary evil. But I get what you’re saying, cheap seat time car is still important.

put the miata back together and take it to some nice roads, then drive it along those roads and then you know why the miata is awesome.
