- 'Amambagi khutsem' is a tribute to all the patriots and martyrs, the proud sons and daughters of Manipur, the mothers of the state, the meira paibis and the brothers and father figures guarding the border of the state and to all the people extending as much help as they can to stop the violence happening in Manipur. This song is about the helpless Manipuri civilians who fall victim to a war which has been going on for more than three months, sucking their lives and spirit out. It is about the lives lost and the lives affected due to this lost cause. We hope that this song will at least be of help to soothe the burning hearts to some or as little as much extent as it can and may it wake or enrich the patriotism in everyone who lends an ear to it.
This song has nothing to do with any entity, may it be an individual or an organisation neither does it have anything to do with the government. This song is not targeted to any particular community or religion.
