Hi you need to use fast SD card because when your sd card is slow your operation system will be slow. I use TOSHIBA M501 EXCERIA PRO U3 Memory Card you can read that 270MB/s and write this 150MB/s but in this case you need to overclock your raspberry pi card reader: www.jeffgeerling.com/blog/2016/how-overclock-microsd-card-reader-on-raspberry-pi-3.
