Seahorses are easy as long as you understand you must have an oversized UV, keep the temp below 24*C and they poop 4 times more than any other fish so you either need to do lots of water changes or have a massive biofilter.

Depends on what you're setting up. Almost any tank can be an all-in-one for a softie or a FOWLR tank.
