  • Steff and I ride the Pyrenees Adventure Country Track (ACT). An off-road dirt track route from the Mediterranean To The Atlantic down the entire Pyrenees mountain range.
it is an epic route for a dual sport or adventure bike.
This Episode we get sidetracked on the way to the start and ride some Trans Euro Trail (TET) and it wasn't without incidents

A good bunch of lads (and girl), making the best of little problems and keeping the spirit. Spain is so beautiful, I have to come back. Maybe Picos de Europa after ACT Pyrenees. Cheers from Nürnberg, Günter

It was certainly an eventful morning! It was great catching up with the guys and riding with them before we set off to do the ACT 😊

Crikey thought I was watching an episode of Lemony Snicket's there for a moment 🤣🤣 that's a stoney track up to the border but what a way to cross a border. I did think Steph and you might have taken the small concrete road to the right uphill as I think it's one of the bonus tracks of the ACT. It takes you right to the top where there's some sort of radio mast but the views are fantastic and 360%. Maybe you'll do it on your way back through from the start of the ACT. Thanks for taking the time and effort to share this adventure 🤘🏻

😂 It certainly seemed a morning of incidents. That’s interesting about the concrete road. We didn’t do it in the way back through either as we assumed we’d done it while we were riding the TET with the boys
We’ll have to go back and ride it again 😆
We’re really glad you’re enjoying the series! We take a detour from the ACT later in the series and it gives us some of the best riding we’ve ever done 🎉
Thanks again for the lovely words and support

This looks like an awesome trip! Great job on the video production as well. What is your navigation setup? Your mounts appear to be lockable??

Thanks! The nav set is an Android tablet (I think it’s a Samsung active tab 3 which is a “rugged” device) mounted on a lockable RAM mount. The software we use is gurumaps because it can run offline.
Thanks for the lovely comment and have a very Merry Christmas!

Evening, really enjoying your videos but have a tech question for you. I have the same doc for the Samsung active 3 but can’t find a suitable mount on the RAM website so was wondering how you mount yours. Thanks in advance and keep the content coming 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks for the lovely comment. Glad you’re enjoying the vids!
I’m afraid it was a few years ago so specifics are a little fuzzy.
The back of the mount has standard holes in it (I think the pattern is called AMPS) so we just used a RAM 1 inch ball AMPS MOUNT on the back of the case then a RAM short arm connecting to another RAM 1 inch ball on the bike
      Hope that helps

@@wanderinghonda7963 ok thank you, wasn’t sure if perhaps you fabricated your own for better security as I thought the ball clamps kind of defeated the object of security on the docking mount if the clamp can be easily undone. Just got the CRF, took some inspiration from your videos to make my decision to let the GSA go. Life is so much easier now 😊👍🏻

@newukworkshops9730 ahhhhhh now I understand. Sorry I didn’t get the gist of the question. Rather than using the standard key we use a security key so that it can’t simply be undone

The GS is a lovely machine (we’ve had them as well!) but everything is so much easier on our little red tractors 😂

Good morning 😊 We use Sena intercoms and the mic to my camera is in the ear pocket of the helmet so I pick all conversations up on the camera audio track
