Some recipes call to cover the pan with foil. That stops moisture from dripping on the cakes. Is that suggested? What other suggestions for frosting? Did you get all those layers from one cake? Can you suggest how to cut into different layers? It does look good :)
Hi Michael. I didn’t suggest it for this recipe but may have for the chocolate cake recipe. I haven’t had any issues with my instant pot and water going into pan. It is definitely an option if you find that happens. Chocolate frosting or vanilla frosting goes really well as well! Yes. This recipe made the 3 layers you see in the photo.
