At 20:16 he says, "deliverer". You've translated it as "boodschapper". But deliverer should be translated to "verlosser". Since he talks about Moses as being the man through which God delivered Israël from Egypt. "Deliverance": the action of being rescued or set free.
Whenever you are oriented towards something intuitively, it doesn't mean you're entirely fixed or correctly fixed, and most of all it doesn't mean your intentions were pure, and when your intentions are pure, it still doesn't mean what you will achieve will be something of value. You can just assume you will achieve something of value, or you can be sure of it. I am not yet sure what i want to achieve and what I've been oriented towards intuitively is valuable to God. But rather that i shouldn't strife for justice and lawmaking, but strife for evangelism, as it is far more obviously worthy and valuable to God if done right, but i suppose it could go together. But how will people ever subject themselves to a law that thwarts their plans of profit that would be illegal under said law? So is my plan at all achievable? Perhaps if God would work together with me, He would make it so that they will have to adhere, through some crisis or collapse perhaps. I will have to believe. But I wouldn't like for it all to be for naught in the end.

The word "boodschapper" was used to indicate that Moses himself didn't deliver Israel but that he was used by God to set the people free.
