the 1st clarinetist is one of the original JSO members she has probably paid the highest price to keep her chair than anyone else in the JSO when she got cancer and beat it. when she was on chemo in spite of being ill and bald she returned to a standing ovation her best friend held her chair for her while she was too ill to play until she recovered. now that is friendship.

Ruby Courey. I didn't know her name ,but I thought the same about her. She is an all around talent. I just love the orchestra anyway. They have a lot quality to them , but the reason I enjoy them so much is that they know how to handle fun too .
Manoe Könings, one of the most talented women of the JSO. She has been with André since the beginning of the orchestra. She plays clarinet, saxophone, bag pipes, mandolin and she's a very good singer too.
