I have the same logic with notebooks and journals. I have a pile of unused journals in my room and I still go outside and have this yearn to buy more (especially ones with pastels, polka dots, or gilded edges)

Typo things are expensive. Not cheap. A normal notebook can just cost $1.50-$2..

+HaileyFlanagan she says "dollars" but she's not actually paying USD, 2$ there is Alot less when you convert it. Idk exactly where she is, but it's China, and currency there is like 3:1 more or less depending on where. Example; 10 Hong Kong dollar is about 2 dollar USD (exchange rate from a few years ago that I visited).

jacksons that's the same misconception I had before I moved to the US 7yrs ago. i had thought such a big country should hv tonnes of things to offer, but I was super disappointed when reality struck. Singapore is still my shopping haven, she has so much to offer for a small country, truly impressed! everything i want to find is within reachable distance! Just went back last summer and had all my 2 big luggs filled with stuffs I can't possibly get here in the US! Happy!! :)

when I was in Okinawa, Japan for the last three years, We had almost the EXACT SAME STUFF but the last store looked exactly like the 100 yen store(dollar store)
I feel like typo is a bit expensive for what they offer, and only really worth it if it's on sale or clearance... 3 textbooks for $10... A bit steep when they're 1-2$ each at the supermarket or department stores

These places are not good for budget shopping at all. Especially "Made with Love". But they do sell many pretty and interesting things (which are expensive, haha).
