Yeah, we didn’t hold hands during group therapy but seeing everybody sitting in a circle with the grippy socks gave me flashbacks. (Doing much better these days.)

@@ucantSQ I'd argue the complete opposite, beavis tanks some heavy abuse pretty often but whenever butthead gets his comeuppance, he usually gets the lighter punishment or can't handle it as well

I've actually had electro shock therapy. Called "ECT" (Electro Convulsion Therapy if I remember correctly.) I did 2 sessions, but they wanted me to do 5. They put you completely under and the biggest and main side affect is MEMORY LOSS. And boy, 4 years later my memory is still jacked, but it was at its worst about a month after the therapy. I remember waking up in my room and going up to the nurses desk and asking "Whens my ECT?" and the nurse went "You just came back from ECT.." I was like "WHAT!" and couldn't believe it lol

turns out that electrically killing large parts of the brain causes memory loss, who knew?
@@doltBmB They said its supposed to reduce anxiety, which it did for awhile, but years later its been coming back again. I'm just glad I only did 2 rounds instead of the 5 they wanted me to do.
