Could you please explain the basis of cluster in bioinformatics. How the MD trajectory basically cluster the structure into groups?How a software model basically cluster the groups ? Why cluster is useful in research? Thank you
Nice presentation congrats. Is it possible though to write your own code (e.g, machine learning models or custom visualizations) and by this vreate your own custom modules inside orange?
i tried to use orange several times, but usually did not work, and their support sucks, so delete it from my anaconda and using the python jupypter as usual or even weka is better now. or matlab :D
@@DataProfessor i had been using it for spectral data set but after some updates, it stops to upload spectra even the same ones I had been using it before. tried several times reinstalled by miniconda and etc, and then had to decide to return python jupyter or googe colab, also orange had always problem with installation and updating the add-ons regardless of windows or mac. tried in both computers. if my spectral data set easily would allow me to use weka due to the definition of the variables, attributes, I would go for weka, but I think currently if you have matlab license, matlab is better for stable performance as usual, without license , python itself if you can use it with coding or with found nice packages and R with good tools as well. otherthan i don't think I can use orange once again, I cant even reproduce my own results from them.
