Monica finally convinced her husband to go to a restaurant together. But she didn’t long for a romantic outing or fancy meals. She had a clear goal in mind. As the couple was going to their table, Monica intentionally pushed a man enjoying his food. She apologized to him, placed a napkin with ‘HELP’ written on it, and walked away. She kept waiting for the guy to notice her message. But a waitress came up to help the man clean up and threw the note in the trash. Still, Monica couldn’t give up.
She told her husband that the guy was staring at her. And as her spouse went to deal with the rascal, Monica called over the waitress and handed her another napkin.

Most cries for help are usually ignored. I was surprised that only one cop came to the scene. They usually come out in pairs.

Sad to say but I believe that many men were raised to do domestic violence. I can remember a coward in my teens years bragging about "Ain't no girl going to ever get me down!". Of course, he was scared to death of the boys and was proud to be seen picking on girls all of the time.
Sadly, it won’t end there… he’ll try to terrorise her from behind bars, and when he gets out of jail if he’s convicted…

I can't stand domestic violence but the truth is laws seem to protect the abuser more than the abused.
I 100 percent agree. The abusers gets off Scott free, as well as the school students who are bullies get off Scott free as well. It's absolutely sickening.

that happened to me in the 70 s 4 children in 6 years we changed apartments 18 times empty apartments nothing in them no stove or refrigerator we was on welfare and food stamps but he would take both and spend it with his girlfriends and friends and whenever I found a chance I took my 4 children and go to my mother house to eat after 6 years I had enough he was deported to Greece never to return to the united state of amezing American

And they still want to get one back. Seriously. Where is the actual accountability. The man hit, threatened and even would just bully me constantly over stuff like my looks, my weight, my music and my drawings, telling me to end it, and I'll tell you, it hurts. I did have to be tough, but to say I could make it any less painful would be a lie. Even worse, the monster could box. I still failed at my fighting skills. Which Ryan exploits. I hope they never put one next to me ever again.
I could get another job, but seriously everywhere can have the same or worse issues and we are entitled to demand the workplace be respectful to our wellbeings.

My daughter is going through this right now. He attacked her and stabbed her in the shoulder. When the police arrived he even fought with them. He was in jail for about 6 weeks and they dropped everything. He is out now and she went back to him. We have tried to talk to her but she just says he is going to change. If I ever get my hands on him , I’ll pay him back for all of his abuse but she is over 21 and we can’t make her leave

I really don’t think he can control himself if he gets his hands on him and he is deserves it but I am they will lock her Dad up and then he would want to sue him

I don't understand how anyone can oppose "red flag" laws. They are just common sense. My spouse owned a gun, but he was responsible. Bullets were always locked in another place. We both knew where to get them, but the kids did not. He remembered when the NRA was a decent organization that taught gun safety and actually supported common sense gun laws. That changed when the gun manufacturers took it over by proxy. I almost lost a friend to gunshots from her ex. Real men don't need to have power over others..they show control over themselves.
