your fish looked SO good....I tried it, tastes great. Always had problem with batter sticking to fish, not with this method. Will now always use mayo and egg batter! It works....Idid make one change---added a little cayenne.

Great fish! I fried some heart of palms (fish substitute for vegans) using plant based eggs and Mayo it was soooo dang good! Who knew?! Thank you! I’m never frying without it again.
