    The last 8 mins I take it out and push all the broccoli together in pan and add parmigiana or whatever cheese you want, stick it back in till it melts, just another way, been on the Keto diet and I love broccoli so this has been my late night snack a lot of nights. Thank you for a different version‼️ 🤤

    If you rinse the frozen broccoli under cold water first it will take all those ice crystals away.

      Awesome! I am so glad that when I make a video with imperfections (like my freezer burned broccoli) it still helped someone else 😊

    Im definitely doing this tonight. I usually heat it up first and then stick it in the oven to roast but it ends up shrinking the pieces down to nothing lol ill try baking them frozen. Hopefully it helps

    What about that freezer burn smell and taste?

    • @TannyCooks
      @TannyCooks  Рік тому +5

      After seasoning it and roasting it the way I did, it still had a crunch and tasted good. But if the freezer burn bothers you, then you can throw yours in the garbage and not use it.

      Did you cover the broccoli with oil before adding the dry seasonings? What temp did you have your oven set to and how many minutes was it in the oven?

  • @locksoflove4105

    Is it not mushy?

    • @TannyCooks
      @TannyCooks  Рік тому +1

      Nope. If you cooked the broccoli first and then tried my steps, it would likely be mushy. But if you follow my steps by starting with frozen broccoli and not over cooking it, the roasted texture will be awesome

    No matter how many times I try and roast frozen veggies there always soggy. 😢

      Hmmm, are you keeping the broccoli completely frozen and not thawed out before roasting? Are you roasting on a high enough temp in your oven? I keep an oven thermometer in my oven to measure the temp because my oven does not get as hot as it should…
