The last 8 mins I take it out and push all the broccoli together in pan and add parmigiana or whatever cheese you want, stick it back in till it melts, just another way, been on the Keto diet and I love broccoli so this has been my late night snack a lot of nights. Thank you for a different version‼️ 🤤
Adding Parmesan sounds delish!!! I will definitely try that next time. Thanks for sharing your favorite method, I love learning different variations of recipes, it makes cooking and eating more exciting and fun🙂🙂
I logged in bc I have a bunch of frozen-frozen broccoli to use up. And now, I know exactly what to do! Thank you for the realness, you are appreciated!!
Im definitely doing this tonight. I usually heat it up first and then stick it in the oven to roast but it ends up shrinking the pieces down to nothing lol ill try baking them frozen. Hopefully it helps
After seasoning it and roasting it the way I did, it still had a crunch and tasted good. But if the freezer burn bothers you, then you can throw yours in the garbage and not use it.
Nope. If you cooked the broccoli first and then tried my steps, it would likely be mushy. But if you follow my steps by starting with frozen broccoli and not over cooking it, the roasted texture will be awesome
I need to eat broccoli to improve my health and lose weight. But every time i try to cook frozen broccoli, it always come out mushy, soggy, and nasty. This video might help me.
Hmmm, are you keeping the broccoli completely frozen and not thawed out before roasting? Are you roasting on a high enough temp in your oven? I keep an oven thermometer in my oven to measure the temp because my oven does not get as hot as it should…
I love the fact that you used the frozen frozen broccoli 😂😂
Yes, I try not to waste food that is still safe to eat!! A little freezer burn never hurt me, lol

Did you cover the broccoli with oil before adding the dry seasonings? What temp did you have your oven set to and how many minutes was it in the oven?
Is it not mushy?
