When I first moved to Atlanta back in '89 to attend The Art Institute's music program I discovered this awesome band called She Said. These girls were excellent musicians and the singer Pam had an awesome voice. I was fortunate to see them live around 10 times or so. I really thought they would hit the big time. They truly deserved to. I was thrilled to come across this video. I was supposed to be in the video shoot, but ended having a fender bender on my way to Ruparts. I love She Said!
I saw Ms. Hurt when she was a drummer in an all girl band out of Atlanta (not this band.) I had never before nor have I since heard the song "Wipeout" like she played it. WOW is all I can say. If anyone has a video of that please, please, please post it!! I am glad to hear she is a successful business woman.
Just found this great song on another channel here on youtube. Google doesn't show me much when I search for the band. Anyone got a summary of the band? Are they doing music in other projects in 2023?
Thanks so much for the post and the props!! I’m Tammy, the drummer. Here is a link to other recorded songs by She Said. As of right now, we have no plans to reunite… but ‘ya never know right?!?! Rock ON!! 🤘🏼 m.soundcloud.com/tammyhurt/sets/she-said
@@drummrgrrl333 hey, thanks for the link. Did you or the other band members go on to other bands after She Said or did you all just move on to other non-music things?
