My eczema came this year around my lips. It looks like a dark tattoo around my mouth. I was so insecure about it.... now just getting my monthly facials and wearing my sunscreen. Also love how you're not restricting yourself. I love it ❤️

I get eczema on my arms and hands during big hormonal changes in my menstrual cycle! My dermatologist said it was normal so it’s so interesting learning more as we age about womens health!

My Dr referred me to his surgeon bc of an old injury & here I am looking at a should replacement surgery. Plz don't ignore the symptoms, catch the issue early. You will love Montauk, classic style. Great restaurants and beaches ⛱. Enjoy ! I too went though a depression during covid, I am a social person so lock down was terrible. I just couldn't beat it so I finally talked to my MD and went on a med, helped a lot. For a shoulder injury make sure you see a shoulder expert, not a general orthopedic. Happy Anniversary

Hey! Suffered with eczema awful around mouth and nose all my life… then installed water softener for whole home and chlorine filter on showers (skin improved in a week). I use hardly any abrasive skin care as removing the dead skin and oil means your skin wants to react and over compensate. Take everything back to basics and get good soft and chlorine free water and you’ll see things all clear up after a month. Obviously everyone different but this was a life changer for me as I’d tried every cream and Routine before this. Hope this helps 💫🌻

Please do a healthy eating and more clips of F45 workouts, getting ready for it, taking Booker to the park, walks and such. Everytime i see a clip of the workout, it puts a fire under me and even though i eat only plants, i still love seeing you throw together healthy meals that I can convert to my way of eating and the smoothies and such. Healthy day video would be so great right now. I have a back issue that is just about cleared up. I stopped alcohol, coffee(almost) chips and crackers (anything inflamitory) to help get it better. My coffee replacement is Dandyblend and I just add 1/4 of what i used to use for coffee. I love it and I am actually loving not having alcohol on the weekends anymore which is a total shocker. Inspiration to keep me motivated would be awesome please. Congrats on your Anniversary and choosing to put yourselves first. We need that sometimes.

I started getting eczema when I turned thirty! 😩 and it can turn a dark corner if you don’t stay on top of it. I totally get what you’re saying about not restricting food ❤️ but please go to the dermatologist. Mine got out of hand (because I kept thinking it was due to diet.) My skin barrier was a little broken due to those addicting facial products from Sephora. I used too many products (serums, vitamin c, masks, etc. Anywhosen…. PLEASE go to the derm! ASAP ❤️🕺🏼
Also, I’m not calling out Sephora in any way! I just got too carried away with skin products in general thinking that I was helping my skin.

julia, I would really advise consulting a nutrionist to target the root cause of what foods are inflammatory that is causing your eczema. I have had eczema since I was four and used steroids all my life because my dermatologist advised and prescribed them to me, I didnt know that seeing a nutrionist would have saved me years of damage just from a specific food that needed to be cut from my diet. It lead to me having an addiction to the steroids and I had to go through TSW (topical steroid withdrawal). parting away from a steroid that disrupted natural functionalities of my liver was detrimental to my mental health and took two years of my life. wish nothing but the best for you!

HUnter you might have bursitis, ask your doctor about that... I had it in my shoulder and it took them months to figure it out. Happy Anniversary you two!
Been following you forever love your content. I have issues with my skin flareup when I’m feeling emotional and it can look like eczema. Honestly my skin reacts to how I’m feeling and if I’m feeling safe and calm and grounded. Maybe try not to overthink it and do a ton of testing just chill out a bit and enjoy yourself and see if it goes away. Maybe a subtle cream to help it heal. If mine flare up sometimes I’ll even use a steroid cream and I’ll go away and not come back. Good luck dear!

Don’t worry about your diet as contributing to your eczema! That’s a common misconception. Since you’re just now experiencing eczema, it’s most likely a contact dermatitis, be it to a perfume, product, detergent, etc. Thank you for keeping it real! Loving your content 💕
Hunter go get a MRI done on your shoulder. I literally just had one and I found out I had a tear in my rotator cuff and bicep. I am currently seeking physical therapy but if it doesn’t work after six weeks I will need to get surgery.

Stressing about food raises cortisol which then turns into gut inflammation. I agree with you, always thinking about food restrictions is way too stressful and counter-productive. What helped me a great ton was Osmosis Beauty supplements. It's all created by a holistic doctor.

I had it on my neck and the first thing the dermatologist asked me was how often I wash my hair. She has seen a lot and girls don’t wash their hair often enough so I went back to every other day and it went away. I thought it would be the other way around

Julia your eczema could be caused by the yeast in beer. Might be worth swapping to some other drink to see if it makes a difference.
