I love how you guys train little ones up they are going to be beast ! All of the girls tumble with the proper technique and the choreography on all routines is so well thought out keep up the great work coaches and parents ! ! Love Logan 🤍🤍aand Bailey !

The Flyer at 0:10 is going to be 1 of the best flyers ever in Cheer if she keeps working at it, I see it already. She Flys so light, tight, holds her weight, knows how to go up in the air to execute the skill properly making the bases job so much easier. Her stunts are always so fluid, She understands the assignment. I truly believe this gym will be a Prime Top Gun, Brandon Allstars, Cheer Extreme, Cheer athletics ect a top Cheer gym not to be played with. It's giving Black Excellence & I'm so here for it. I love yall 🥰
You should never cheer with nails anyway lmao unless they’re short. Not only can you hurt yourself but someone else. You can cut someone or stab someone. I don’t even do competition but for school cheer we’re not aloud to have them unless their sports length :) but ig every place is different lol. We’re not aloud jewelry, our hair down, shoes off, nothing lol. And if it’s at a game and we have jewelry in we can get fined 😕 but I guess it’s also a safety thing. But it kinda sucks sometimes
